Co-Founder and CEO of Pure Sync, specialising in Sync Licensing, Music Supervision and Rights Management, delivering award-winning strategy and creative use of music across all forms of broadcast media for global brands, agencies and content creators.

With over two decades of experience at senior level in Rights Management and Licensing, Publishing, Records and Artist Management, Julian is a uniquely positioned executive at the intersection of Music, Entertainment and Tech. The focus is now on cultivating, developing and implementing new commercial strategy to amplify future growth across the Music, Entertainment and Tech industry.

Lee Phillips

Lee has over 20 years of experience in the field. He is a specialist when it comes to leading teams, including QA, Environments, Deployments and Release, in large enterprises. Experienced in managing offshore teams across different time zones and working with constantly developing technologies and methodologies, providing quality and efficient releases across multiple product lines. Has had responsibility for, and direct control over, various teams including: Release Managers, Project Managers, Risk and Compliance Managers, Testers and QA, Deployment Engineers and Environment Managers.

A CTO with over 20 years in technology in different industries including Financial Services, Gaming and Social Networks.

Extensive experience running the tech of start-ups from early-stage to scale-up, making sure the right process and team
is in place at each step of the journey with a strong focus on delivering solid products using lean methodologies.

Throughout his career he has wear different hats acquiring a rare mix of experience covering the full stack, but
also including the business aspects of the projects.

A strategic thinker that works ensuring the products are developed in a sustainable and predictable way.

The technology is the medium to deliver great user experiences, not the goal itself.

Neil Hinder

With over two decades of experience in customer service, including 15 years in the Financial Industry, Neil is a versatile IT professional excelling in sales, leadership, and QA. He smoothly transitioned into Project Management and Product Ownership roles with leading social media companies before venturing into the Music AI domain.

Neil’s rich background and experience make him an invaluable asset to our team, ensuring that our products are expertly executed and the team seamlessly coordinated.

Lead Product Designer
Leia Massey

As the Lead Product Designer, Leia strives to craft functional and beautiful design solutions. She graduated from the University of York with a First equivalent CertHE in Psychology and a First Class BSc in Interactive Media where she specialised in UI, UX and Critical Design. She has since honed her skills working in various design, product and development teams across diverse industries, most notably Triller, a social music video application boasting 250 million downloads.

As the Lead Product Designer, Leia harnesses her extensive experience in design to meticulously craft functional and visually captivating solutions, with our users experience always at the forefront of her designs

Sarah Falcón León

Sarah started working in January 2019, after graduating in Software Engineering at ULPGC University in 2018. At the beginning of her professional career spent 3 years specializing in native mobile platforms, which led her to be the leader of the mobile department. After that decided to switch to an startup because  this type would bring her more professional growth and new daily challenges. Currently she is the leader of technology, and is responsible for providing both frontend, backend and timidly in infrastructure.

Sarah's meticulous attention to detail, exceptional organisational skills, and proficiency in full-stack development tools position her as an invaluable asset to the team.

Peter Watson

Peter graduated in 2014 with a BSc in Computer Science and Software Engineering and worked as a backend engineer building securiy tools, identity management and payment systems across multiple roles. In 2022, Peter graduated with a MSc in Acoustics and Music Technology having studied subjects such as audio processing, acoustics, speech synthesis and recognition and completed a thesis on using GPUs to simulate 3D room acoustics using finite difference schemes. Having spent some time working on foundational metaverse tools Peter moved to DAACI as an Audio Tools Engineer.

Drawing from a wealth of backend experience and possessing the skills of a coding magician, Pete is an indispensable member of the team, especially revered for his mastery in audio tools and without him our AI technology of sync would be a dream.

Kha have been working more than 6 years in different front-end technologies from mobile native applications or video game programming to building amazing websites.Kha is the linchpin of our front-end development team, renowned for his adeptness in tackling challenges head-on. He consistently delivers innovative solutions that exceed expectations. Whether it's refining user interfaces or troubleshooting complex coding issues, Kha's ingenuity and determination make him the go-to resource for all our front-end needs.

Haydn began his musical journey mastering the trombone at Birmingham Conservatoire and later at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama, he traversed the globe as a professional musician, collaborating with top artists worldwide. Transitioning seamlessly into sales, marketing, and training for Sonos, he honed his skills across London and the southeast, shaping the brand's presence. Now, at MXX, he leads the MIR department, driving groundbreaking AI initiatives to revolutionize musical annotation. With an unparalleled blend of artistic finesse and technological acumen, Haydn remains at the forefront of innovation, continually redefining the intersection of music and technology.

A Guildhall School of Music & Drama graduate, Jamie thrives in a multifaceted freelance career, showcasing his versatility across a spectrum of musical genres alongside diverse artists and ensembles. Notable collaborations include performances with renowned figures such as Stormzy, David Rodigan, and Laura Mvula, as well as performing in London's esteemed theater productions like Matilda, Singin’ In The Rain, 42nd Street, and Dream Girls.

His comprehensive grasp of musical styles seamlessly aligns with his new role at MXX, where he annotates tracks spanning various genres.
